Paralegal

• Organize and manage trial exhibits, including materials ranging from small collections to extensive document sets
• Assist in discovery processes by summarizing, indexing, and preparing documents, including Bates stamping
• Prepare deposition materials, including exhibits and supporting documentation
• Draft basic legal documents such as pleadings, discovery responses, and thorough correspondence
• File legal documents accurately within the Texas state court system
• Assemble physical trial materials, including binders and comprehensive document packets
• Maintain calendars to track deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required filings
• Manage physical tasks, such as retrieving copies and preparing paper filings, as needed
• Collaborate directly with the attorney to ensure seamless trial preparation and execution

• Proven experience as a litigation paralegal, with a focus on trial preparation
• Expertise in managing large volumes of documents with strong organizational skills
• Background in personal injury or commercial litigation
• Ability to work independently within a hybrid remote and onsite environment
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to meeting deadlines
• Familiarity with filing procedures in Texas state courts
