Job Description:

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Paralegal in Decatur, Georgia. The role is on-site and involves thorough legal research, case analysis, drafting of legal documents, and case management tasks. As a Paralegal, you will play a crucial role in maintaining communication with clients and witnesses and ensuring the accuracy of legal documents.

Job Responsibility:

Carry out extensive legal research and case analysis utilizing tools such as Lexis-Nexis and Westlaw
Oversee the management and organization of legal documents, paying attention to accuracy in filing and document review
Aid attorneys in the creation of legal documents and correspondence relating to litigation and personal injury cases
Oversee the coordination of case management tasks, including the scheduling of depositions and interviews
Uphold communication with clients and witnesses, delivering updates and collecting necessary information
Deploy Microsoft Office for the preparation and editing of documents, ensuring a high-quality output

Requirements:

Must possess comprehensive knowledge and experience in Litigation
Demonstrated experience in handling Personal Injury Plaintiffs cases is essential
Must be proficient in e-Filing systems and procedures
Requires strong drafting skills to prepare legal documents and correspondence
