Job Responsibility

  • Manage all phases of discovery, including collecting, organizing, and reviewing case materials
  • Support attorneys with trial preparation, including document organization, exhibit preparation, and witness coordination
  • Draft and review legal documents, pleadings, motions, and professional correspondence
  • Assist with medical malpractice and personal injury matters from intake through resolution
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date case files using case management software
  • Coordinate with attorneys to develop case strategies, timelines, and litigation plans
  • Track case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and filing requirements
  • Prepare trial exhibits and materials for hearings, depositions, and court appearances
  • Conduct legal research and summarize findings for attorney review
