Well-established and highly regarded law firm in the west metro, is seeking a skilled Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a litigation professional looking to expand their experience and work across multiple practice areas within a collaborative and supportive environment. While the primary focus of this role is litigation, the position also offers the opportunity to assist with and gain exposure to real estate and estate planning work. This role is ideal for a Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant with at least 2-4+ years of litigation experience who is eager to broaden their skillset and take on a meaningful role within a close-knit team.
Job Responsibility:
Support attorneys with active litigation and municipal matters
Prepare and file pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
Assist with discovery, including organizing and reviewing documents
Manage case files, calendars, and deadlines
Handle eFiling in state and/or federal courts
Help prepare materials for hearings, depositions, and trial
Provide support on real estate and estate planning matters as needed
Assist with general administrative/office tasks
Requirements:
At least 2–4+ years of experience as a Paralegal or Legal Administrative Assistant
Prior litigation experience required, including familiarity with rules of civil procedure
Experience with eFiling is required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
