Paralegal

• Handle legal documentation for real estate transactions
• Engage in the processing and verification of title and survey
• Work on low-income housing tax credits and affordable housing projects
• Collaborate with various financing entities for affordable housing projects
• Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of all transactions
• Ensure compliance with regulations of Urban Residential Finance Authority and other housing departments
• Utilize your skills in Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH) in relevant transactions
• Resolve any issues or concerns related to the transactions
• Monitor and manage the progress of each transaction
• Provide necessary assistance and support in other real estate transactions

• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a Paralegal in the legal industry
• Proficiency in Low Income Tax Credit Housing (LITCH)
• Solid understanding of legal procedures, terminology, and documentation
• Strong research skills and the ability to analyze complex legal documents
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Proficient in the use of legal software and Microsoft Office Suite
• High degree of detail oriented ethics and integrity
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in related field
• Paralegal certification is preferred
