Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join our team on a contract basis in Roswell, Georgia. This role requires a highly organized individual with strong expertise in legal documentation and case management. As a key contributor, you will assist with litigation processes, document preparation, and e-filing responsibilities.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare legal documents, filings, and correspondence with accuracy and attention to detail
Assist attorneys with case management, including organizing and maintaining case files
Conduct research and gather relevant information to support legal proceedings
Coordinate e-filing processes for both state and federal courts
Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
Manage deadlines and ensure timely submission of all required materials
Collaborate with clients, medical professionals, and other stakeholders in personal injury and medical malpractice cases
Review and analyze medical records to support case development
Maintain confidentiality and uphold ethical standards in all legal practices
Provide administrative support to attorneys and the legal team as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience in personal injury litigation and medical malpractice cases
Proficiency in e-filing systems for state and federal courts
Strong drafting skills for legal documents, including pleadings and motions
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Ability to analyze and interpret medical records and other case-related documents
Effective communication skills for collaborating with attorneys and clients
High level of discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Familiarity with legal research tools and techniques
