Job Description:

A leading legal practice based in London is seeking an experienced Paralegal to join their busy property team, with a focus on both commercial and residential property transactions. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Paralegal looking to take the next step in their legal career within a supportive and professional environment. Responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, carrying out due diligence, preparing Land Registry applications and managing caseloads under supervision.

Job Responsibility:

Drafting and reviewing legal documents
Carrying out due diligence
Undertaking searches
Preparing Land Registry applications
Liaising with clients and third parties
Managing elements of your own caseload under supervision
Contributing to case progression
Assisting with post-completion matters

Requirements:

A minimum of 12 months’ experience working as a Paralegal within property law (commercial and residential)
A law degree or equivalent qualification (e.g. CILEx Level 3 or above)
Experience with conveyancing processes and familiarity with legal documentation
Proficiency in using legal software and case management systems
A proactive and organised approach to managing workload
