Paralegal

• Coordinate discovery workflows by collecting, reviewing, organizing, and tracking documents for litigation matters
• Assist attorneys with civil litigation support, including drafting case materials, maintaining files, and preparing matter summaries
• Prepare hearing and trial binders, exhibits, witness materials, and other documentation needed for trial readiness
• Maintain accurate records and deadlines within case management software to support efficient matter administration
• Conduct legal and factual research to help build case strategy and support ongoing litigation activities
• Monitor court dates, filing deadlines, and document production schedules to keep cases progressing on time
• Support matters related to clean energy, solar energy, and bankruptcy proceedings as assigned
• Collaborate with internal legal teams and outside counsel to ensure timely communication and well-organized case documentation

• Experience supporting discovery processes in a litigation environment
• Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures and legal documentation
• Ability to assist with trial preparation, including exhibits, filings, and case organization
• Proficiency with case management software and document tracking systems
• Strong organizational skills with careful attention to detail and deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in a legal setting

Exposure to matters involving clean energy, solar energy, or bankruptcy is preferred
