Job Responsibility:
Conduct client intake interviews and maintain accurate tracking of client details and case progress
Analyze and review medical records to gather relevant information for case development
Draft legal demands and other required documentation to support case proceedings
Order accident reports and compile evidence essential to personal injury cases
Manage case files with precision, ensuring organization and accessibility
Maintain timeliness in completing assigned tasks and adhering to deadlines
Communicate effectively with clients to ensure responsiveness and reliability
Utilize case management software to streamline litigation processes and track case status
Collaborate with attorneys during trial preparation and discovery phases
Assist in civil litigation procedures, including document drafting and filing
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in personal injury law or related legal field
Proficiency in handling discovery, civil litigation, and trial preparation
Strong knowledge of case management software and tools
Demonstrated ability to review, analyze, and summarize medical records
