Job Description:

Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement has a role with a prestigious firm client to join their team to manage conflict checks and new matter intake in Providence, RI. This role focuses on issue spotting and ensuring compliance with professional responsibility standards. You’ll review reports, identify potential conflicts, and communicate findings clearly to attorneys. Hybrid schedule 1-day WFH, 4 days in the office.

Job Responsibility:

Review and analyze conflict reports for new clients, matters, and hires
Spot potential issues and present findings to attorneys
Ensure accurate matter setup in case management systems
Maintain client/matter database integrity

Requirements:

JD preferred, or strong paralegal/contract review experience
Detail-oriented with excellent written and verbal communication
Familiarity with conflict systems (Clio, NetDocuments) and tech tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
