We are looking for a detail-oriented Paralegal to support a busy litigation practice in Pennsylvania. Job Responsibility
Manage active litigation files on a day-to-day basis, keeping case materials organized, current, and accessible for the legal team
Assist attorneys with discovery workflows, including document review, production coordination, and support for electronic discovery matters
Prepare materials for hearings and trial, such as exhibit binders, deposition summaries, and other case-related documentation
Handle electronic filing in state and federal courts, ensuring submissions are accurate and completed within required deadlines
Assemble briefs and supporting attachments, including formatting and creating tables of contents and tables of authorities
Review and summarize records, documents, and deposition testimony to help attorneys assess facts and case strategy
Maintain communication with outside parties such as opposing counsel, witnesses, and expert contacts to support case progress
Organize and maintain litigation files, deadlines, and supporting records across matters in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
At least 3 years of paralegal experience in a law firm setting, with exposure to litigation matters
Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures, trial support, discovery practice, and motion-related filings
Experience with eDiscovery tools and processes, or the ability to quickly build capability in this area
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, along with comfort using case management technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a client-focused approach and close attention to detail
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain close attention to detail
Paralegal certification is preferred
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented, multi-office legal environment while remaining dependable and resourceful
