Paralegal

• Coordinate with the sales team and clients to secure engagements
• Prepare exchange documents and collaborate with clients and their advisors
• Manage a high volume of transactions
• Track critical deadlines and ensure timely follow-up
• Communicate extensively via phone and email with clients and other transaction parties
• Maintain client files, account statements, and support escrow account reconciliation
• Verify wire disbursements with clients and third parties

• 2–3 years of paralegal experience (real estate, tax, or financial services preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Analytical and interpersonal strengths
• High level of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information
• Familiarity with tax and real estate concepts is a plus
