We are looking for an experienced Spanish-speaking Paralegal to join our team in Salinas, California. In this role, you will provide essential support for trust and estate matters, as well as civil and real estate litigation. You will be integral in ensuring cases are handled efficiently and with the highest level of professionalism.
Job Responsibility:
Assist attorneys in preparing and managing estate planning and probate cases
Conduct research and compile legal documents related to trust and estate administration
Provide support for civil litigation cases, including drafting pleadings and motions
Collaborate with the legal team on real estate litigation matters
Maintain accurate records and organize case files effectively
Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case progress
Ensure compliance with relevant legal procedures and deadlines
Translate and interpret legal documents for Spanish-speaking clients
Perform administrative duties to support the smooth operation of the legal office
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on estate planning and probate
Proficiency in civil litigation and real estate litigation processes
Strong understanding of estate law and administration
Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Strong communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration
Familiarity with legal research tools and case management software
