A growing boutique law firm is seeking a Paralegal to support both trust administration and litigation matters. This role is ideal for someone who can independently manage files, track deadlines, and move cases forward within a structured, process-driven environment. You will work closely with attorneys and staff, contributing to both substantive legal work and overall case management. This role is fully on-site five days a week in Mountain View.
Job Responsibility:
Support trust administration matters from intake through distribution
Prepare notices, inventories, and related documents
Track deadlines and follow established workflows
Communicate with clients to gather information and documentation
Assist with discovery, filings, and case logistics
Track litigation deadlines and maintain organized case files
Prepare exhibits, binders, and supporting materials
Maintain electronic files in a case management system
Coordinate with attorneys and staff to keep matters progressing
Requirements:
4 to 9+ years of paralegal experience
Experience with trust administration, probate, or civil litigation preferred
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines
Comfortable working independently in a structured environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience with case management systems such as Clio preferred
