Job Responsibility:

Perform a variety of law-related tasks under the direction of CVS Caremark attorneys and other legal professionals
Conduct legal research
Draft legal documents
Work as lead paralegal for pharmacy complaints: logging/tracking, supporting attorneys with review, draft response and completion (notarization) where applicable
Be the lead contact for various business teams handling pharmacy complaints, including attending all related meetings on behalf of the Caremark Pharmacy Networks legal team
Support the legal team with the Caremark Provider Manual requirements, special projects and ad hoc requests
Assist the legal team in responding to Pharmacy Networks related insurance department inquiries, examinations and enforcement actions

Requirements:

5+ years of Paralegal experience
Bachelors degree required

Nice to have:

Law firm experience preferred
Healthcare and or regulatory experience
