Job Responsibility
Coordinate discovery-related tasks by gathering, reviewing, organizing, and tracking documents for litigation matters
Assist attorneys with civil litigation case support, including file maintenance, deadline monitoring, and preparation of case materials
Prepare trial binders, exhibits, witness materials, and other documentation needed for hearings, depositions, and trial proceedings
Maintain accurate case records and update information within case management software to support efficient workflow and reporting
Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and filings in accordance with court and internal requirements
Monitor case activity and communicate with attorneys and internal stakeholders to help ensure timely completion of litigation support tasks
Requirements
At least 1 year of paralegal experience supporting litigation matters
Working knowledge of discovery processes within civil litigation cases
Experience assisting with trial preparation, including organizing exhibits and case documentation
Proficiency with case management software and general legal document handling
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Clear written and verbal communication skills and strong attention to detail
