Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal to join our team in Chesterfield, Missouri. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting attorneys and managing personal injury cases from start to finish. Our firm values teamwork, attention to detail, and exceptional client service.

Job Responsibility:

Prepare settlement demands, medical summaries, and request medical records and bills
Analyze and negotiate medical liens while coordinating treatment plans with clients
Draft pleadings, litigation support documents, and medical chronologies
Maintain and manage attorney calendars and ensure adherence to court deadlines
Communicate frequently with clients to provide updates and guidance throughout the case
Handle competing deadlines effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
Collaborate with attorneys and paralegals to ensure seamless case management
Use case management software and Microsoft Office tools proficiently to organize case information
Assist in resolving accounts through negotiation with medical and legal professionals
Perform additional duties as needed to support the legal team

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as a personal injury case manager or paralegal
Strong communication and writing skills with close attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook is required
Familiarity with case management software and legal pleadings
Excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service
Associate degree or higher in a related field
Knowledge of personal injury law and litigation processes is preferred
