Paralegal

• Assist attorneys with all facets of litigation, including insurance defense and personal injury cases
• Manage discovery processes, including gathering, organizing, and reviewing documents
• Prepare for trials by compiling evidence, drafting legal documents, and coordinating schedules
• Oversee case files to ensure accuracy and timely updates throughout the litigation process
• Utilize case management software to track case progress and maintain organized records
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and build strong arguments
• Communicate with clients, witnesses, and external parties to gather information and schedule meetings
• Draft correspondence and legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and subpoenas
• Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court requirements and timelines
• Provide administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling and document preparation

• Proven experience as a Paralegal, ideally in litigation, insurance defense, or personal injury
• Proficiency in managing discovery processes and trial preparation
• Strong knowledge of civil litigation procedures and legal terminology
• Experience using case management software to maintain organized records
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with clients and legal professionals
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines effectively
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
