Job Responsibility:
Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts to ensure compliance with legal standards
Conduct audits and modifications of contracts as needed to reflect updated terms and conditions
Collaborate with vendors to address contract-related inquiries and resolve disputes effectively
Utilize case management software to organize and maintain legal documentation
Support civil litigation efforts, including discovery, trial preparation, and document review
Ensure adherence to vendor compliance requirements and regulatory guidelines
Manage contract administration processes, including tracking deadlines and renewals
Assist with drafting and reviewing legal documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
Provide litigation support by coordinating with legal teams and gathering necessary information
Monitor contract management systems to maintain up-to-date and accessible records
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on contracts and litigation
Paralegal certification is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and other relevant software tools
Strong knowledge of contract management systems and processes
Expertise in civil litigation, including discovery and trial preparation
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with vendors and legal teams
