You'll play a key role in shaping the future of the UK's largest mobile network, supporting major transformation programmes that redefine how we serve business customers. Working closely with senior legal leaders, you'll help deliver high-impact legal advice across strategic initiatives—ensuring the business can move forward confidently, compliantly, and at pace.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the delivery of high-quality, pragmatic legal advice across strategic projects and product initiatives, helping drive business outcomes
  • Work alongside Senior Legal Counsel to manage legal risk and ensure compliance with evolving legislation and regulations
  • Partner with a wide range of internal stakeholders (including Product, Commercial, Compliance, Technology and more) to align legal advice with business priorities
  • Contribute to product and network rationalisation programmes, especially those impacting business customers
  • Assess and mitigate regulatory, financial, and reputational risks using strong assurance frameworks
  • Build trusted relationships across the organisation to enable collaboration and deliver commercially sound solutions
  • Help drive continuous improvement in legal processes, including simplifying ways of working and embedding automation
  • Support training and guidance for stakeholders to strengthen legal awareness across the business

Requirements

  • Experience working in an in-house legal team within a telecoms environment (or similar industry)
  • A solid understanding of the telecoms and/or technology sector and relevant legal landscape
  • Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance legal risk against business opportunity
  • Proven or emerging ability to manage your own caseload and take ownership of deliverables
