Job Description

A well established legal practice is now seeking a Paralegal to join its Residential Property team. This Paralegal opportunity is based in the Marlow office and is suited to a motivated individual looking to develop their legal career within residential property. The Paralegal will work alongside experienced legal professionals, supporting a varied client base from first-time buyers to property investors.

Job Responsibility

  • Supporting solicitors throughout residential property transactions
  • Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
  • Communicating with clients and third parties throughout transactions
  • Providing administrative support across the department
  • Expanding your responsibilities through ongoing training

Requirements

  • A Law Degree or significant experience within a residential property environment
  • Fast and accurate data inputting skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A willingness to learn and develop within the Residential Property department
