Paralegal - Regulatory Compliance

• Collaborate with compliance teams to oversee adherence to regulatory requirements and standards
• Prepare, file, and manage regulatory documentation for submission to federal and state agencies
• Maintain and organize records retention systems to ensure accurate documentation and compliance
• Support day-to-day compliance activities, including audits and reviews
• Assist in the development and implementation of compliance policies and procedures
• Work directly with the Vice President & General Counsel to address legal and compliance matters
• Coordinate and manage document management systems for streamlined operations
• Conduct research on regulatory updates and provide recommendations to ensure company compliance
• Communicate with internal departments to provide guidance on compliance practices

• A minimum of 7 years of experience in paralegal work, regulatory compliance, or related fields
• Strong knowledge of regulatory practices and compliance standards
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in fast-paced environments
• Proficiency in managing records retention systems and document management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to research and analyze regulatory updates affecting compliance
• Experience collaborating with legal teams and other departments

Familiarity with energy sector regulations is preferred but not required
