Job Responsibility

  • Preparation of title and lease reports
  • Drafting and negotiation of leases, agreements and deeds
  • General assistance to fee earners on a variety of client matters and general support

Requirements

  • Excellent academics including a 2.1 degree or better
  • A genuine interest in the law and property
  • Excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills (written and verbal) with an ability to produce work to a high standard
  • Confident with an ability to build strong relationships with clients (internal and external) and third party contacts at all levels
  • Must be flexible, organised, and self-motivated team player who is able to work within the team to achieve common goals
  • Must be able to work under pressure to meet required deadlines

Nice to have

Experience in Commercial Property is not essential but would be advantageous
