Job Description:

This progressive and independent law firm is known for empowering its people and fostering a supportive, agile working environment. The firm is currently seeking a Paralegal to join its real estate team, providing hands-on transactional support across a variety of property matters including residential, commercial, agricultural, and property finance. The successful candidate will assist with all aspects of property transactions, including purchases, sales, title transfers, leases, and securities, as well as related services such as LBTT returns and registrations with Registers of Scotland and Companies House.
