Job Description

We have two new opportunities for enthusiastic and driven Paralegals to join our Real Estate Finance team, specialising particularly within Conventional Lending. You will mainly focus on dealing with reports on title and processing completions in a close-knit and fast-paced team. This role would suit someone who enjoys and works well under pressure, is looking for excellent development in a collaborative team and exposure to quality clients.

Job Responsibility

  • Working independently and managing your own caseload which includes drafting of all enquiries, emails and other correspondence
  • Reviewing title and accompanying legal documents
  • Preparing reports on title including various legal research when required and dealing with all relevant duties in relation to completions
  • Dealing with clients and firms of solicitors in a professional manner and maintaining close contact

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fee earning role, ideally focused within Real Estate (exposure to conventional lending work a huge bonus)
  • Technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing
  • Experience dealing with a high volume caseload gained within a fast paced commercial property environment
  • Experience of using case management systems
  • Drive, enthusiasm, commitment and a team player approach
