Job Responsibility

  • Managing your own caseload independently, including drafting enquiries, emails, and other correspondence
  • Reviewing titles and accompanying legal documents with attention to detail
  • Preparing comprehensive reports on title, conducting legal research as needed, and handling all duties related to completions
  • Communicating professionally with clients and solicitors, ensuring consistent and close contact throughout the process

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a fee-earning role, ideally with a focus on Real Estate
  • exposure to conventional lending work is highly advantageous
  • Strong technical and legal knowledge of conveyancing and commercial property matters
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced commercial property environment
  • Proficiency in using case management systems
  • A proactive attitude with drive, enthusiasm, commitment, and a collaborative team-player approach
