Job Responsibility

  • Communicating with and updating clients, colleagues, and third parties by email, phone, and in person
  • Managing administrative aspects of legal matters efficiently
  • Supporting legal advisers and meeting your individual financial targets
  • Attending client and third-party meetings (with or without legal advisers), taking notes, and assisting in discussions
  • Drafting and preparing legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, tax submissions, and probate applications

Requirements

  • Solid understanding of wills, powers of attorney, and estate administration
  • Ability to manage a varied workload efficiently
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional client service
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
