This is an ideal position for a paralegal with plaintiff-side personal injury experience to join a well-established law firm and support senior attorneys through all phases of litigation.
Job Responsibility:
Manage a caseload of personal injury matters from pre-litigation through trial preparation
Draft and file pleadings, discovery, and routine correspondence
Obtain and organize medical records, billing statements, and lien information
Summarize medical records and assist with preparation of demand packages
Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and experts
Support attorneys with depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
Monitor deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and scheduling orders
Maintain organized and accurate electronic case files
Requirements:
Minimum 2–5+ years of transferable civil litigation experience required
plaintiff-side personal injury experience strongly preferred
Working knowledge of Minnesota civil procedure and personal injury processes
Proficiency with case management software and legal technology platforms
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and document management systems
Experience with e-filing systems and electronic medical records
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
Professional and empathetic approach when working with injured clients
