Reviews all creative materials and consumer-facing communications prepared by the marketing and sales teams for compliance with state and federal advertising, marketing, digital media, and promotion laws, and third-party intellectual property licenses; reviews ticket, hotel and package offers; and provides and applies marketing guidelines to comply with FTC Act and other applicable laws and/or regulations.
