Job Description

Reviews all creative materials and consumer-facing communications prepared by the marketing and sales teams for compliance with state and federal advertising, marketing, digital media, and promotion laws, and third-party intellectual property licenses; reviews ticket, hotel and package offers; and provides and applies marketing guidelines to comply with FTC Act and other applicable laws and/or regulations. Provides legal guidance under supervision of the attorneys to discrete business units including, but not limited to Marketing, Communications, UX/UI, Content and Innovation, Strategic Partnerships and New Ventures, Food & Beverage, Revenue Operations, Entertainment and others.
