We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Paralegal Manager to lead our pre-litigation team in Phoenix, Arizona. This role requires strong leadership skills to oversee a team of paralegals, manage schedules, and ensure the smooth operation of pre-litigation processes. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in personal injury law and a commitment to fostering growth within the team.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise a team of 13 paralegals, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to deadlines
Conduct annual performance reviews to evaluate team members and provide constructive feedback
Organize and manage team schedules to maintain workflow efficiency
Assist with recruitment efforts, including interviewing and onboarding new team members
Oversee the preparation and timely submission of demand letters
Provide mentorship and training to paralegals, supporting their development
Ensure compliance with personal injury pre-litigation procedures and standards
Collaborate with leadership to address team needs and implement improvements
Maintain effective calendar management and docket scheduling for case tracking
Requirements:
Proven experience in personal injury pre-litigation processes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Excellent leadership qualities and team management experience
Familiarity with calendar management and docket scheduling systems
Ability to draft and oversee demand letters
Bilingual skills are preferred but not mandatory
Exceptional communication and mentoring abilities
Good tenure and a detail-oriented approach to workplace responsibilities
