We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Paralegal Manager to join our team in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will oversee legal processes, ensure compliance, and facilitate communication between law firms and external agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in legal administration and exceptional organizational skills. REQUIRES some travel, one day from home after 90-day probation period. Job Responsibility:
Conduct thorough audits of law firms and external agencies to ensure compliance with legal standards and performance expectations
Prepare and organize critical documents for trials and legal proceedings
Analyze large volumes of debtor information using advanced Excel functions, such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables, to support legal activities
Manage vendor relationships and oversee the acquisition and outsourcing of debt portfolios to law firms and agencies
Collaborate with various law firms and external agencies to ensure efficient communication and accurate documentation
Monitor legal processes across different fields, including bankruptcy, collections, probate, and estate planning
Assist in trial preparation by compiling necessary evidence and legal materials
Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of docket and calendar management for legal cases
Provide expertise in corporate legal management systems to optimize workflow and administrative processes
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a paralegal or legal administrative role
Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Strong knowledge of legal processes, including bankruptcy, collections, probate law, and estate planning
Experience with vendor management and outsourcing debt portfolios
Ability to prepare comprehensive documents for trials and legal proceedings
Familiarity with corporate legal management systems and calendar/docket management
Excellent communication skills for interacting with law firms and external agencies
Exceptional organizational and analytical abilities to manage large volumes of data effectively
