Job Description:

A boutique law firm in Coral Gables, FL is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their team. This is a fully onsite position, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Job Responsibility:

  • Drafting and preparing legal documents and correspondence
  • Managing case files and maintaining deadlines/calendaring
  • Assisting with discovery, trial preparation, and hearing preparation
  • Coordinating filings in state court
  • Communicating with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of litigation experience with a general litigation practice, preferably including family law and/or probate and guardianship matters
  • Self-starter and team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and can manage cases independently
