Job Description

Looking for a flexible, fully remote legal role where you can own your work and make a real impact with clients? Woven Legal LLC is seeking an experienced Estate Planning Paralegal to support our growing, client-focused practice. This is not a back-office-only role-you'll be a key part of guiding clients through the entire estate planning process from intake to signing. This is a fully remote, part-time 1099 contractor position at 40 hours per month, with an hourly rate of $30. Job Responsibility

  • Drafting estate planning documents (wills, trusts, powers of attorney, amendments)
  • Reviewing client intake information and identifying missing details or planning issues
  • Preparing and revising documents with strong attention to detail
  • Leading draft review meetings with clients
  • Coordinating and facilitating signing appointments
  • Assisting clients with trust funding and follow-up
  • Communicating regularly with clients to keep matters on track
  • Collaborating with attorneys and team members to ensure efficient workflows

Requirements

  • Experience as an Estate Planning Paralegal (required)
  • Strong drafting experience with wills, trusts, and related documents
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Comfortable communicating directly with clients
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and approaches work with a solutions-oriented mindset

Nice to have

Experience with WealthCounsel and/or MyCase (preferred)
