Our company is seeking an experienced Paralegal with specialized eDiscovery skills for a contract-to-hire role supporting active litigation and compliance projects in a fully remote capacity. Job Responsibility

  • Manage all phases of eDiscovery, including collection, processing, and review of electronically stored information (ESI)
  • Work hands-on with platforms such as Relativity, Concordance, or similar document review tools
  • Prepare, organize, and review legal documents, pleadings, and discovery materials
  • Support attorneys with case management, calendar coordination, and filings
  • Conduct legal research as needed and communicate with attorneys, clients, and court personnel to ensure effective workflow

Requirements

  • 3+ years of paralegal experience, with a focus on eDiscovery in a litigation setting
  • Strong familiarity with eDiscovery platforms and best practices
  • Paralegal certificate is a plus
