Our client, an independent trust company located in downtown Montreal, is recruiting a paralegal for a 2-day-per-week position. What we offer: A professional and independent work environment. Job Responsibility

  • Minute books (preparation/regularization, resolutions, registers, etc.)
  • Ongoing corporate follow-up (amendments, filings, documentation)
  • Transaction support (preparation/assembly, closing, checklists)
  • Standard corporate documentation (resolutions, registers, attestations, file tracking)
  • Openness required to fill the remaining time with various administrative tasks

Requirements

  • Independent paralegal specializing in business/corporate law
  • Ability to work in a structured and rigorous manner, maintaining a high level of confidentiality
  • Fully bilingual in French and English
