Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive In-House Paralegal / Contract Administrator to support a corporate legal team in Glen Cove, NY. Job Responsibility
Draft, review, and administer contracts, including customer agreements, purchase orders, and vendor contracts
Track contract status, key dates, and compliance obligations
Support corporate governance, compliance initiatives, and risk management efforts
Maintain legal files, contract repositories, and corporate records with a high level of organization
Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to contractual terms
Assist with litigation preparation and general legal administrative matters
Provide direct administrative support to legal counsel as needed
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Paralegal Studies, Business, or related field
Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a corporate legal department, law firm, or similar setting
Strong understanding of contract law and contract lifecycle management
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work effectively under pressure and collaborate across teams
Nice to have
Exposure to AI tools or legal tech platforms is a plus
