Job Description

Our client is seeking a Paralegal with strong contracts experience to join their commercial real estate team. Based in Nashville, Tennessee, this role involves managing and administering contracts, with a focus on meticulous attention to detail and comprehensive knowledge of contract law.

Job Responsibility

  • Conduct comprehensive legal and factual research
  • Manage the process of membership renewal
  • Prepare, cross-check and validate new membership and expo-sponsor agreements
  • Draft various legal documents
  • Organize, track and maintain case files, databases, and law library
  • Monitor and review new and updated laws and regulations relevant to the real estate industry
  • Respond to inquiries and requests for information concerning the Legal Department
  • Work closely with trade mark attorneys regarding the service mark and domain name
  • Check and edit legal forms and documents for accuracy
  • Help prepare legal arguments, applications, declarations and motions
