Job Description:

A specialist Paralegal role in the Property Energy and Utilities sector, focusing on innovative solutions to renewable energy and flexible energy generation. The role involves managing legal transactions for utility companies, ensuring suitable property rights are granted for installing and retaining equipment (electricity, gas, heat, water connections).

Job Responsibility:

  • Providing paralegal support to the volume utilities team
  • Liaising with clients, and handling queries and enquiries where appropriate
  • Conducting all aspects of transactions and completing them to a high standard
  • Drafting and producing forms and transactional documentation
  • Managing and progressing legal transactions for utility companies
  • Project management and communication with numerous stakeholders regarding utility connections
