Job Description:

We are currently seeking a Paralegal to join our ranks to support our F500 clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Draft and review legal documents, including contracts and agreements
  • Conduct legal research and analysis to support the legal function
  • Provide company secretarial or compliance support as required
  • Collaborate effectively with lawyers and other team members

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluency in English and Chinese (Mandarin included)
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
