Job Description:

DAC Beachcroft is looking to recruit a Paralegal to join our Clinical Risk team. This role presents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and passionate individual to join an award-winning, progressive and highly specialised team. • Working collaboratively within the team to consistently deliver and uphold excellent service standards
  • Making an appropriate contribution to non-fee-earning activity e.g. knowledge sharing, training, client seminars and business development

Requirements:

  • Previous clinical negligence experience would be highly desirable but is not essential
  • Strong academic qualifications
  • Practical and enthusiastic
  • Strong sense of team
  • Desire to learn
  • Ability to understand and work through complex issues
  • Demonstrable ability to adopt a commercial perspective rather than an ‘academic’ approach to legal issues
