Job Responsibility

  • Draft, format, and review financing documents, managing tight deadlines, blacklines, and negotiation revisions
  • Manage deal timelines and execution mechanics (including signature packets and notarizations) to support ongoing transactions
  • Organise legal documents, maintain electronic files, and handle conditions precedent (CPs) and KYC/AML workflows
  • Manage post-closing matters, including the compilation, indexation, and delivery of final closing sets (deal bibles) to all parties

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of paralegal experience, ideally within an international law firm
  • Direct experience in Banking & Credit, or Corporate Finance is essential
  • Native or near-native fluency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken)
  • A law degree (LLB) or relevant legal qualification is required

  • Co-owning and managing key corporate governance processes, including the preparation and review of selected sections of our Integrated Annual Report, the preparation of the annual shareholders’ meeting of Ontex Group NV, and Board and shareholders' meetings of group subsidiaries
