Job Description:

Randstad Staffing is currently looking for an experienced Paralegal with interest and specialization in Personal Injury. The role involves providing legal administrative support, managing files, and interacting with clients and lawyers in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Opening and closing files as well as billing
Providing general support to partners/ lawyer(s)
Preparing and organizing documents
Communicating with clients and other lawyers
Drafting letters, dictation, transcriptions, managing calendars
Providing other legal administrative support as required

Requirements:

Outstanding organization and time management skills
Willingness to learn and able to handle a heavy workload
Must have outstanding interpersonal skills and be able to interact with clients
Good problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
Great communication skills
Ability to manage lawyers, follow-ups, and resilience
