Paralegal - Personal Injury

• Manage own caseload of pre-litigated personal injury claims
• provide high-quality advice to clients
• work closely with solicitors, legal assistants, and other professionals across the team

• At least one year of experience handling road, pedestrian, or cycling injury cases
• confident managing a high-volume caseload
• motivated and proactive approach
• ability to assess case prospects, communicate clearly with clients, draft statements, and handle all aspects of case preparation including instructing medical reports and assessing losses
• highly organised
• empathetic
• capable of working both independently and as part of a wider team
