Job Description

Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the gaming machines on the gaming floors at all locations. This position is responsible for the overall maintaining of excellent guest services, efficient productivity, and providing an orderly, safe, and exciting workplace. All positions within 7 Clans require attention to quality guest services skills and exceptional team work.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for the day-to-day maintenance of the gaming machines on the gaming floors at all locations
  • Greet guest and team members eagerly upon arrival
  • Assist with guest questions regarding promotions, events, specials, areas, and locations of casino
  • Maintaining attendance to ensure casino and guest has necessary coverage
  • Responsible for checking in and out appropriate keys, tools, and radio
  • Responsible for maintaining and making repairs on gaming devices
  • Assisting the Slot Technician Manager with game changes
  • Responsible for reporting any gaming machine issues, guest issues, or team member issues to the Department Manager
  • Performs all duties in accordance with company policies, laws, and gaming regulations
  • Maintains Departmental log(s) noting unusual occurrences, incidents, equipment failures, safety issues, disputes

Requirements

  • High School Diploma (or equivalent)
  • Guest Services experience preferred
  • 1-2 years of Gaming Machine Tech experience preferred or equivalent of 3-4 years game attendant experience
  • Must be punctual and dependable
