Job Description:

Paradise Pool Attendant is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance and organization of all seven pools and ensuring guest safety by participating in slide shift duties and enforcing rules and compliance. You will also be responsible for handing out pool towels, maintaining water coolers, and supporting the pool servers with the day-to-day service of food and beverage items at the main pool complex and perimeter pools.

Job Responsibility:

  • Set up, maintain and reset restaurant tables and cabanas
  • Open and close the pool areas according to established schedule and direction from Manager or Supervisor
  • Continually maintain pool and deck areas to ensure cleanliness and orderly arrangement of pool, towels, and furniture
  • Assist Pool Concierge with handing out towels
  • Interact with guests in the pool area to ensure their expectations are met or exceeded
  • Escort guests to their desired location as necessary
  • Hand out towels at the Paradise Pool Concierge Desk
  • Regularly tour and inspect perimeter areas of the pool area and straighten furniture and other fixtures while maintaining cleanliness as necessary
  • Expedite food. Clear tables of food
  • Remain aware of, and maintain, established pool area schematics and arrangement of furniture and fixtures
  • Demonstrate commitment to making a conscientious effort to eliminate or reduce the risk of injury to our guests and associates, damage to our property or the property of others. Know the correct action to take in the event of an emergency and demonstrate this knowledge by acting appropriately in the event of an emergency
