Job Description:

Complete closing duties, including storing all reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning all equipment and areas, returning equipment to proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking items, turning off lights, locking doors, and completing daily cleaning checklist. Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures. Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods and cleaning equipment
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Follow company safety and security policies
Report accidents and unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are professional
Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards
Develop positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Read and visually verify information in various formats

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
No related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance
Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination
Ability to move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces
Ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
