Job Description

Panel Technician role at DLG Auto Services, part of a network of repair centres with a mission to deliver high-quality repairs as quickly and efficiently as possible for customers. The role involves working within a team of painters, panel beaters and MET fitters reporting to a workshop controller.

Job Responsibility

  • Removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels and refitting body hardware
  • Working on a wide variety of vehicles
  • Working to meet customer needs
  • Working within a team of painters, panel beaters and MET fitters
  • Ensuring tasks are carried out in compliance with Health and Safety, Audatex estimates, DLGAS ways of working and BS10125 procedures

Requirements

  • Previous experience, skills and knowledge in panel work
  • Confidence in removing, repairing and replacing damaged panels and refitting body hardware
  • Experience on a wide variety of vehicles
  • Ability to work to meet customer needs
  • Enthusiasm, upbeat attitude, commitment to delivering the best repair service
  • Compliance with Health and Safety, Audatex estimates, DLGAS ways of working, and BS10125 procedures
