Panel Builder

• Build electrical panels from scratch, including laying out backplates and mounting devices
• Install electrical layouts based on custom, project-specific blueprints and schematics
• Run electrical components through various industrial structures for custom chiller units
• Assemble panels and install LED lighting, switches, transformers, and outlets
• Maintain and test electrical equipment, including PLC components and high-voltage systems
• Utilize shop tools to drill, tap, and mount components with high precision
• Manage in-house inventory for upcoming projects and maintain records within the ERP software
• Assist with preparing quotes by calculating material costs and ordering supplies
• Liaise with ESA inspectors throughout the project lifecycle to ensure safety compliance

• Previous experience in a custom project electrical environment or industrial HVAC
• Open to registered Electrical Apprentices or experienced Unlicensed Panel Builders
• Comfortable reading blueprints/schematics and installing to exact specifications
• Highly self-accountable and able to respect tight timelines for high-profile clients
• Ability to pass a technical schematic-reading test on-site during the interview
• Must provide three professional references and clear a criminal record check

A 422a or 309a Electrician License is considered an asset but is not required
