Job Description:

We are looking for a PAM Functional Analyst with strong expertise in CyberArk to support the definition, design, and implementation of Privileged Access Management (PAM) processes across the organization. You will work at the intersection of business needs, cybersecurity, and governance, translating requirements into clear functional specifications for CyberArk onboarding, access models, and policies. This role focuses on functional analysis, design, governance, and stakeholder coordination, rather than pure technical delivery.

Job Responsibility:

  • Collect and analyze privileged access requirements from business units and application teams
  • Document CyberArk onboarding needs, workflows, policies, and access models
  • Define functional specifications for PAM integrations (servers, applications, cloud services)
  • Design CyberArk safes, platforms, and privileged access workflows in line with standards
  • Define account onboarding methods and lifecycle processes
  • Ensure CyberArk configurations meet security, compliance, and audit requirements
  • Validate functional alignment during enhancements, upgrades, and new features
  • Support privileged access reviews, audits, and remediation actions
  • Ensure alignment with Zero Trust principles, least privilege, and internal security controls
  • Maintain functional documentation, onboarding guides, and governance materials
  • Act as a functional bridge between business teams, cybersecurity, IAM, and delivery teams
  • Guide application owners on CyberArk onboarding best practices
  • Contribute to workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
  • Define functional test cases and validate CyberArk configurations during testing phases
  • Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate deliverables before production rollout
  • Review technical implementations to ensure they meet functional requirements

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience as a Functional Analyst, IAM Analyst, or Security Business Analyst
  • Strong functional experience with CyberArk PAS (EPV, PSM, CPM, PVWA)
  • Solid understanding of privileged access concepts, onboarding workflows, and PAM governance
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory, authentication flows, and privileged account patterns
  • Experience working in large, structured, and regulated environments
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Ability to explain technical topics to non-technical stakeholders
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and priorities

Nice to have:

  • CyberArk Defender or Sentry certification
  • Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Functional understanding of REST APIs and PowerShell
  • Background in audit, risk management, or cybersecurity governance
What we offer:
  • An international community bringing together more than 110 different nationalities
  • An environment where trust is central: 70% of our leaders started their careers at the entry level
  • A strong training system with our internal Academy and more than 250 modules available
  • A dynamic work environment that frequently comes together for internal events (afterworks, team buildings, etc.)
