Job Responsibility:

  • Bank Authorisation for PM Banks under JLL name (IN, SG, TH, ID)
  • Raising ticket in Zendesk for Bank Account opening/closure. Follow up with local finance and upload Bank Opening/closing letter into Zendesk for audit purpose
  • For Bank Account (JLL Cash only), monitor cash balance and initiate sweeping with Corporate Bank to optimise JLL cash usage
  • Ad hoc task assigned by Team lead
  • Global project SME

Requirements:

  • Bachelor or above in Accounting or Finance or related discipline
  • 8 years' relevant working experience in a sizable corporation
  • Familiar with accounting ERP MRI system and PC operation
  • Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and English communication skills with all levels of management
  • Ability to perform multi-task, capable to work under pressure and independently, and be a good team player
  • Transition experience and project ability is required
  • Immediate availability will be an advantage
